At The Jungle, our highly trained instructors lead a variety of classes that are fun and challenging. To truly be an animal of The Jungle, we promote training in multiple forms of movement.

JUNGLE SUMMER CAMP

Jungle Camp is so awesome! Kids will have the time of their lives playing games, running obstacle courses, swinging around on ropes and rings, jumping on trampolines, doing flips into the foam pit, climbing the rock walls and more. Sign up now, spots are filling up fast! Full days and half days available, full days time is from 8am-5pm and half day times is from 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm. BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTAL

We offer birthday party services, where our staff can suit up in costumes, perform epic fight scenes, and play games with the kids. We also offer themed events such as Ninja Warrior, Nerf Gun, Jungle games and much more! Base price for private parties is $300 for a two hour block. Additional services can be added based on your needs!

Do you love to play and jump off everything? Jungle Movement Parkour teaches you how to do these things safely while having fun and preventing injuries. Parkour teaches valuable lifelong skills that will make you stronger, healthier and more confident in everything that you do. In parkour, we use animal movements to adapt and travel through natural and urban environments. Run through Ninja Warrior type obstacle courses that will challenge your balance, speed, strength, and technique while preparing you to compete on the TV show American Ninja Warrior. INTRO TO AERIAL SILK

This class is for beginner to intermediate flyers. Aerial disciplines are truly art forms that emphasize beauty and grace and is a fun way to increase air awareness, strength and flexibility while hanging and spinning on Aerial apparatuses. Skills include climbing, hanging upside down, flexibility conditioning, grip strength training, combos and transitions, aerial drops and more!

TRAMPOLINE AND AIR AWARENESS

In this class, learn how to fly like a bird. We use the olympic trampoline to practice controlling your body in the air and falling with grace and ease. Learn basic trampoline skills such as a back-drop and swivel hips, all the way up to flying up onto the tramp-wall and performing flips and twisting moves. We will also learn how to fall and flip into the foam pit. This class is great for learning ultimate control of your body in the air and is good for increasing your overall body awareness.

This interactive education based class will help you to recover faster from your workouts and injuries, and help you to prevent future injuries by means of flexibility and mobility training. We truly believe in the importance of recovery just as much as the importance of training.

Flip, kick, and trick on the giant spring floor! Flips such as the backflip, frontflip, b-twist, and corkscrew are taught in this class. After grasping the basics, we'll learn how to effortlessly connect our tricks together with complete control. This class teaches you how to invert your body in different ways using powerful jumps and momentum change.

Learn to tumble like a pro on our spring floor and tumble track. Skills include: front and back handsprings, flips in all directions, fulls (twisting with flips), trampoline training, progressions using the foam pit, tumbling pass combos and power tumbling.

AERIAL SILKS

Aerial level 1- In level one we focus laying down a good foundation of all the basics. Focusing on proper form while getting familiar with silks elements and vocabulary. We will have fun and also work in conditioning to build strength. This class is a safe and easy introduction. No prior aerial experience is required. Attire - Yoga pants, tights, leggings, etc. that are long enough to cover the back of the knees and shirts that can be tucked in. Aerial Silk level 2-3- This class is for the more experienced aerialist. We will explore new poses and begin to learn and piece together new skills in different sequences. We will continue will learning new climbs, wraps, also working on increasing strength and flexibility. Approval is required Prerequisites - Familiar with standard and Russian climb Can climb to the ceiling and demonstrate a clean and controlled descent Familiar with making a figure 8 and/or aerial dance footlock in the air Can demonstrate inversions with control and without assistance Attire - Yoga pants, tights, leggings, etc. that are long enough to cover the back of the knees and shirts that can be tucked in. AERIAL HOOP/LYRA

Aerial Hoop/Lyra Level 1- This class will teach you the basics elements of aerial hoop. You will learn entrances and exits onto the hoop. You will also learn a basic knee hang and seats on the hoop in addition to proper grips, terminology, and conditioning. Attire - Yoga pants, tights, leggings, etc. that are long enough to cover the back of the knees and shirts that can be tucked in. Aerial Hoop/Lyra Level 2-3 - In this class we will work on more difficult tricks and transitions while focusing on good technique. We will also work on sequences, rolls, drops, conditioning, and increasing strength and flexibility. Prerequisites - Must be able to mount and dismount the hoop with control Must be comfortable doing a hands free knee hang. Must be able to do a pull over to front balance on hoop Must demonstrate a controlled straddle back on bottom of the hoop Attire - Yoga pants, tights, leggings, etc. that are long enough to cover the back of the knees and shirts that can be tucked in. TEAM - PARKOUR

This class is for select individuals for exclusive training. You MUST be asked by Monkey Matt or Ninja Josh to join the team to be a part of this class. Team training is developed to instill leadership qualities into the individuals who wish to dedicate their time to training parkour. Warm-ups are now mini workouts, fun obstacle courses are now intensive training, and challenges are now much more challenging. The team represents The Jungle by showing up to local meet-ups and Jams, as well as participating in competitions at other gyms. Ask about your kid joining the team, do not show up for this class if you have not been consulted about it yet.
