
The Jungle offers hundreds of classes every month in dozens of disciplines! We encourage our community to experience various forms of movement. Below you can find more information about the types of movement you can train here and see the schedules for each type of class.

Parkour
Parkour is a dynamic movement discipline that focuses on efficiently overcoming obstacles using running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, and rolling. Parkour challenges both the body and mind, encouraging adaptability and self-improvement.

Ninja
Ninja training offers a high-energy workout that improves strength, agility, and endurance. It mixes parkour, gymnastics, and rock climbing as athletes face challenges like wall runs, balance beams, rope climbs, and jumping ladders.

Aerials
Experience the magic of aerial arts with our diverse range of classes. Each discipline offers its own unique challenges and rewards. The Jungle is home to the largest Aerial studio in Texas, with some of the tallest ceilings so our students can practice without limitations!

Rock Climbing
Challenge your body and mind and climb to new heights! The Jungle offers classes in bouldering, top roping, and lead climbing. Gain upper body strength like never before and learn the ropes to be able to climb mountains!

Tiger/Dragon Cubs (Ages 3-5)
Start learning to move and play at an early age and set the foundation for the years to come. Cubs classes offer a mix of movement styles including parkour, gymnastics, ninja, aerials, and more!

Martial Arts
Learn to defend yourself and be able to protect your loved ones. Jungle martial arts classes are taught by various instructors with different styles of hand-to-hand combat as well as weapon arts!

Gymnastics
Nothing compares to the strength and talent of a dedicated gymnast. The Jungle gymnastics program trains students to become athletes and master the art of tumbling and flipping. These challenging classes will help students gain the strength of an Olympian!

Trampwall
Soar like a bird and master one of the most spectacular circus arts. Learn to flip and gain air awareness in these fun and exciting classes that teach you how to fly! Start with the basics and then apply them to the walls. Create combos and routines to challenge yourself and learn new skills.

TNT (Trampoline and Tumbling)
Learn the traditional USAG curriculum of trampoline and tumbling. Make your way up through the levels by performing routines on the spring floor, double mini, and trampoline.

Fitness and Yoga Classes
Develop your strength and flexibility in the variety of fitness and yoga classes that we offer. Gain power in the weights and fitness classes. Get in shape with pilates and calisthenics classes. Unwind and tune into your body in yoga classes. There’s something for everyone.

Don’t underestimate mom and dad strength! Stay in shape and keep up with your kids. Jungle offers classes in fitness, parkour, aerials, yoga, and more… just for parents! Ask about our parent’s membership and what it offers!

Circus Arts
The Jungle is a place where all movement come together in one place, and that includes Circus Arts! Try out one of our various and fun circus classes such as hula hoop, contortion, and more!

Tricking
Learn to kick, twist, flip and fly in this explosive class. Gain the power from within to launch your body in the air and gracefully land like a cat! Take your skills to the next level and combine your flips and tricks into one smooth tricking line!
