Step into the spotlight with our preprofessional circus academy, a dynamic performance ensemble where daring artistry meets disciplined training! Designed for passionate new performers ready to soar beyond the ordinary, our academy offers elite instruction in aerial arts, acrobatics, juggling, clowning, and real-world performance opportunities that bridge the gap between student and stage.
Under the mentorship of industry professionals, members gain stage experience, refine their technique, and learn the artistry, teamwork, and resilience that define the circus world. Whether your dream is to perform in shows around Austin or tour with world class circus companies, our troupe gives you the skills, confidence, and performance opportunities to turn your passion into a profession. How to audition for the next Jungle Circus Academy full semester:
Our academy is open to students of all ages who are looking to expand on their movement skills and learn how to put them onto a stage. We are looking for students that already have a solid base in any movement style that can be taken to the advanced level that circus requires. Common movement styles include aerials, hand balancing, tumbling, flow arts, contortion, parkour etc. Are you unsure if you fit the requirements to audition? Audition & Scholarship Registration Deadline: Saturday, August 22nd 2026
Next Auditions: Sunday, August 23rd 2026 6pm-8pm
*Sign up before August 9th to avoid the $10 audition fee!
Next Semester: Aug. 31st-Dec.12th
Jungle Circus Academy Tracks:
Kids/Preteens
(ages 6-13)

Base tuition:
4 payments of $150
*Students with a Jungle Movement Membership receive a 10% discount on both their membership and their tuition.

8/30 First payment
9/27 Second payment
10/25 Third payment
11/29 Final payment

Wednesdays 4:30-6pm Group Artistic Training
1 dance class/ week
1 hr group conditioning class

Tuesdays 5-6pm
Thursdays 6-8pm (shared with adults)
1hr dance or gymnastics class
1hr semi private with a specialized coach in your discipline (scheduled with coach)
1 hr specialized conditioning semi private (scheduled with coach)
Teens
(ages 12-18)

(ages 18+)
Scholarship Requests:
Should you like to request a scholarship to cover some of the fees for the Troupe, you must fill out the separate Google form and submit requested documentation, in order to be considered.
Refunds & Cancellations:
NO REFUNDS will be provided for the semester once the student is accepted and pays for the Performance Troupe. A partial, pro-rated credit MAY be applied to a FUTURE SEMESTER if the student needs to drop out due to injury or an extenuating circumstance where the student is unable to train and/or perform.
