Q: Where are you from, and when did you move to Austin/Round Rock?

A: I was born in Grand Prairie, Texas, and moved to the Austin Area in 2006

Q: Do you have kids (if so how many? boy/girl?), Husband, Wife?

A: I live in Round Rock with my partner Joel. We have 2 kiddos, a boy and a girl!

Q: What recreational activities did you do as a kid?

A: I played outdoors a lot, climbed trees, protected my family from snakes, played piano, mandolin and recorder, and read a lot of books.

Q: What’s your movement background and experience?

A: I started ballet when I was 8 and took classes consistently until I was 17. I also used to do aerobic workouts at home, but definitely prefer class settings.

Q: How did you find The Jungle, and what do you like about working at The Jungle?

A: We found The Jungle by attending a birthday party. The coaches got the adults involved, and it quickly became apparent that this was a place my family would enjoy. My favorite part about working at The Jungle is the community environment and how many lives have been changed in amazing ways here!

Q: What's your Jungle animal?

A: Dart Frog Debra

Q: If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

A: An owl. They are graceful and symbolize wisdom. However, they can also be a bit derpy and adorable. :)

Q: Why are you a coach?

A: As the Front Desk Manager, most of my job is done behind a desk. Coaching gives me an opportunity to connect with clients in a more active way.

Q: What goals in life do you have?

A: Some of the goals in life that I have to keep pushing my physical capabilities, travel, and someday learn to play the harp.

Q: What accomplishments have you achieved in life so far? (What are you proud of?)

A: I'm proud of my journey towards being my most authentic self.

Q: What’s your favorite restaurant?

A: Torchy's Tacos. :P

Q: What's your favorite meal to cook?

A: My favorite meal to cook is any of my seasonal celebration meals like Ostara.

A: Ice cream.

A: Favorite movie is "We Bought a Zoo."

A: Super Mario Brothers.

A: Green

Q: What's your dream vacation?

A: Somewhere in the mountains.

Q: If you could only bend one element (earth, air, water, fire), what would it be and why?

A: Earth, to be able to create structures, direct water, and more accurately skip rocks across a lake.
