Here are a few options for how to sign our waiver
Option 1 - Widget
The waiver can be found in the lower right hand corner of this page and any other on our website.
Option 2 - QR Code
Scanning this QR code will take you to our waiver online. Sometimes this is a good option if your device pre-populates many of the fields.
Option 3 - Direct Link
Click on the button below to take you to our waiver via link.
Option 4 - In Person
Come to the lobby at the gym and let our front desk know that you need to sign a waiver.
